Vandana Bhardwaj is the Managing Director and spokesperson of Marie Claire (Salon, Wellness & Academy) India. She has been a top fashion model for various brands like Femina, Keune, Hair International. She has won peagants like Miss North India in 2009 and Femina Officially Goregous in 2014.

Not only this, she has won Karamveer Puraskar in 2014 for her personal engagement in social work. She delicately works for children and animals as she believes that children and animals are the most ignored and vulnerable emotionally. She has written a book for children titled as "Understand English" with simplified techniques. She has released a song in association with Zee Music titled "Hamdard ho ja re", which has become popular among municipal school going children.

She is the founder of Very V Publication ,Acolade Fashion, Acolade Entertainment, and now launched the brand Marie Claire Salon, Wellness and Academy. The name of the Academy is International Institute of Wellness & Aesthetics (IIWA).
