Mehra has achieved this through strong relationships with leading real estate developers, hotel owners, hotel chains and HNIs in these regions. These partnerships include companies & hotels like: Lodha Developers, Godrej Developers, Ireo, Panchshil Developers, Xander, Ritz Carlton, JW Marriott, Accor Hotels , Leela Hotels etc.

Most recently, SBPL has signed partnerships internationally for Spa L'Occitane at The Ritz Carlton San Francisco, The Galle Face Hotel in Colombo and Lagoona Beach Resort in Bahrain.
