On a personal level, a consultant to more than 500 salons and spas. In a young span of 3 years, traveled to more than 40 cities of India, conducted more than 80 educative seminars and workshops PAN India, taught more than 3000 students on the business of salons and spas. I have a vision to create a common education platform comprising of the top industry experts to guide several salons and spas in the field of product selection, marketing, HR, operations and growth management issues in India.
