Backed with over 20 years of experience, Pushkraj Shenai is the renowned CEO of Lakmé Lever Pvt Ltd. The beauty services business of Unilever, Lakmé Lever operates over 250 salons in 60+ cities in India.

Prior to Lakmé, Shenai was COO, Piramal Realty where he built the team responsible for land acquisition, project management, marketing and sales for a portfolio of 18 million sq ft. He also led the team at Globus which won the Best Fashion marketing award at a Media event in 2008.

Shenai has worked across sales and marketing department in Unilever in regional and global brands of skin care and cleansing.

An architect from Sir JJ College of Architecture and a PGP from IIM Ahmedabad, Shenai has built high performing teams across strategy, marketing, sales and operations in a diverse set of businesses - FMCG, healthcare, real estate and consumer services.
