Ms. Shivani Sharma entered the Nail Business six years ago and continues to spearhead and drive change in the Nail Industry. She intends to give Nails a completely new future.

She began by opening a small nail salon in Gurgaon and then started her company in 2012 by re-introducing Star Nails & Cuccio distribution in India. In a short span of 3 years, the brand made its name in many 5-Star Spa & Salons. Lure Nails started its first Academy in 2013 to impart world-class nail education. The institute imparts training to over 200 technicians from Gurgaon alone, providing jobs and livelihoods to the under privileged of the society. The Company has expanded and set up mini academies in more than 5 cities.

Shivani says, "Nails is not just luxury it is livelihood with dignity." She introduced a concept of Nailinar, another step in education and since then has had 5 successful Nailinar's - "India's 1st International Nail Seminars" in Delhi, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Ahmedabad and Pune, with plans to have many more this year.
