Shipra Sharma has been responsible for building the three distinct brands - Tattva, Elementia and Vilasa by Tattva to cater to the specific needs of the different segments of hospitality. She manages marketing and business development at Elementia Wellness.

Founded by Aditya Kaushal, Anita Kaushal, Karan Goyal and Shipra Sharma; the company is associated with brands like Marriott, Four Points by Sheraton, Ramada, Lemon Tree Group of hotels, and HRH Group of Hotels.

Shipra is an instrumentation engineer and also a PGDM from IIM Lucknow. She had varied experience in companies such as Hindustan Unilever and Aditya Birla Group before she founded Tattva Spa, Elementia Wellness. Her experience in 'Kara' and 'Prim' wipes was her early initiation into the health & hygiene industry. She learnt the ropes of retail business through her work at 'More Stores' retail expansion.

She has experience in franchise development and brand activation of Kwality Walls; at Idea Cellular she led initiatives for increasing market penetration and brand loyalty as a part of the CMO's core team.

With a footprint of 28 spas across 15 cities, Elementia Wellness is taking steady strides towards achieving its ambition of being the largest wellness services company in India by 2016.
